Biography

Lindsey Watson is the People Operations Manager at Hamilton Place Strategies. Her work includes overseeing all aspects of employees’ life cycle at the firm: recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and offboarding. Additionally, Lindsey manages consultant resources and advises project managers on staffing decisions regarding client engagements and new business proposals.

Before HPS, Lindsey worked as Director of People Operations for the Students of Georgetown, Inc. (The Corp). The Corp is the largest entirely student-run non-profit in the world. During her time with The Corp, she coordinated the revamping of their hiring processes to be more professional, uniform, and holistic and directed the recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training processes for 97 new employees.

During her academic career, Lindsey studied psychology and English at Georgetown University. She is originally from Atlanta, GA, and has a golden retriever named Avery.
