Julia Decerega is a director at Hamilton Place Strategies, where she leads on strategic, corporate, and crisis communications, as well as public policy issues, for clients in the financial services, technology, economic development, and sustainability sectors. Throughout her time at HPS, Julia has helped to develop and implement public affairs strategies for complex regulatory approval processes, including deals involving DOJ and CFIUS. Julia also leads the development of the firm’s external research and insights products.
Prior to joining HPS, Julia served as an intern for the Albright Stonebridge Group’s Latin America Practice, where she supported the firm’s strategic advisory work on key industry issues. She also served as a research assistant for the Rockefeller Center at Dartmouth College, where she produced research for Vermont and New Hampshire legislative committees and executive agencies across key policy issue areas.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Julia graduated from Dartmouth College, where she studied government and public policy.
