Will is an associate at Hamilton Place Strategies, where he works with a variety of clients to develop data-driven communications initiatives and achieve public policy objectives.
Before joining HPS, Will worked as the volunteer coordinator for a successful Nashville Metro Council campaign and as an intern for the Tennessee Democratic Party. He also interned at the Tennessee State Collaborative on Reforming Education (SCORE), a nonprofit dedicated to education policy analysis and advocacy, where he researched standardized testing, teacher evaluation programs, and school funding. Additionally, Will worked as a legislative intern for U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D-PA), supporting constituent communications around health care policy and writing memos on Congressional hearings. At Vanderbilt University, he led various community service programs and student organizations.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Will graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with B.A.s in economics and public policy.
