Rebecca Rodriguez is the Recruiting and Staffing Deputy at Hamilton Place Strategies. Rebecca helps manage on-campus, entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level recruiting at the firm. She assists the Director of Recruiting to facilitate the entire recruiting cycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Additionally, Rebecca provides support for the Director of Staffing in the management of consultant services and the balancing of multiple priorities that go into staffing decisions. She also assists the COO in contract management. 

Before HPS, Rebecca worked as a school counselor for Atlanta Public Schools and DC Public Schools. During her academic career, Rebecca received her Masters in Education with a concentration in school counseling from Georgia State University and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Georgia. She is originally from Atlanta, GA, and has two cats named Mittens and Tuna.
