Parker began his tenure at HPS as an intern, engaging stakeholders and conducting policy research for clients in the environmental, healthcare, and financial services industries. Before joining HPS, Parker served as a communications intern in the Office of Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, where he monitored media developments, drafted remarks, and produced issue area reports. Prior to that, he interned for Congresswoman Kay Granger (TX-12), where he conducted legislative research and prepared vote recommendation memos in numerous policy sectors.
Originally from Duxbury, Massachusetts, Parker graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University with degrees in Politics & International Affairs and Economics.
