Biography

Joshua González is an analyst at Hamilton Place Strategies, where he assists clients in developing effective and data-driven communications strategies around a host of different policy areas.

Prior to joining HPS, Joshua interned at the Washington, D.C. office of Congresswoman María Elvira Salazar where he worked on legislative and constituent affairs pertaining to U.S.-Latin America foreign policy and small business issues. Previously, Joshua interned with the American Enterprise Institute’s Education Policy Studies department where he assisted in data collection and external relations related to K-12 and higher education policy. Joshua also interned with Fundación Civismo, a think tank based in Madrid, Spain. There, he worked closely with the research and communications team on Latin America issues and outreach in the United States.

Originally from Elizabeth, New Jersey, Joshua graduated cum laude from Gettysburg College with a dual major in economics and public policy.
