Joni is a Senior Production Designer for Hamilton Place Strategies, where she works with a variety of clients producing both print and digital work.

Prior to joining HPS, Joni worked as a Senior Studio Designer at Barkley Inc. in Kansas City, MO. While there, she gained four years of agency experience. Joni worked on new business presentations, multiple books and reports, icon creation, and implemented several new practices and organizational documents/processes. Her second largest project was producing an agency-wide presentation template that included 300+ Barkley branded content slides. Producing both internal and external facing presentations became a breeze.

Joni graduated from Missouri Western State University with a B.F.A in Graphic Design. She is a native of Iowa but currently lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband.
