Jim Broderick is an associate at Hamilton Place Strategies, where he works with a variety of clients to achieve strategic communications goals and policy objectives.
Prior to joining HPS, Jim interned with the Global Public Policy team at General Motors, where he conducted policy research and assisted with economic analysis to advance electric vehicle and sustainability goals. In the previous summer, Jim supported GM’s Corporate Giving and philanthropy division, providing recommendations on improving racial equity programs and conducting outreach to local non-profits for collaboration. Following his passion for European history and culture, Jim served as a research assistant with the Nanovic Institute for European Studies, exploring the relationship between faith-based coalitions and democratization in Eastern Europe at the end of the Cold War.
Originally from outside of Detroit, Michigan, Jim graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in economics and minors in Italian and public policy.
