Jack Ryan is an associate at Hamilton Place Strategies, where he uses data-driven analysis to help clients achieve their strategic communications and policy objectives.
Prior to joining HPS, Jack worked as a Digital Strategist for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC). While at the DCCC, he produced and deployed rapid response social media content, tracked disinformation trends regarding frontline candidates, and advocated for civic integrity policy reform to the major social networking platforms.
Jack also served as a Health Policy Intern at the House Committee on Ways and Means, where he researched topics including surprise billing, drug pricing, and rural health care. In this role, he tracked hospital requests and national PPE allocation at the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Jack holds a B.A. in English and Media & Culture from Miami University and an M.P.P. from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
