Grayson Pearce is an Associate at Hamilton Place Strategies, where he assists a diverse set of clients with developing strategic communications and reaching policy objectives.

Prior to joining HPS, Grayson worked on several political campaigns in Virginia, including Senator Jen Kiggans’ successful bid for a seat in the Virginia Senate. Following his campaign work, Grayson served as an intern in Leader Kevin McCarthy’s office, where he assisted staff in managing constituent relations, drafting official correspondence, and conducting research to facilitate floor speeches and media relations. Additionally, Grayson worked as a political intern at POOLHOUSE, the creative ad agency that was responsible for Governor Glenn Youngkin’s television ads and overall media strategy during his 2021 campaign.

Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Grayson graduated magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University, where he studied Economics and Politics.
