Sarthak Sharma is an Associate at Hamilton Place Strategies, where he assists a variety of clients in achieving their policy objectives through data analysis and strategic communications.
Prior to joining HPS, Sarthak interned at Peace Direct, a non-profit that supports peace-building and conflict-resolution efforts in developing countries. He supported Peace Direct’s communications and advocacy work, engaging with members of Congress, aid agencies, and government officials. He also worked as a research assistant for a book on international law and human rights, The Hidden Hands of Justice: NGOs, Human Rights, and International Courts. While at Pomona College, Sarthak was part of its student union, organizing small and large events to explore dialogue and debate on a range of issues. He also served as a Resident Assistant (RA) for two years.
Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, Sarthak graduated cum laude from Pomona College with a major in economics and minor in political science.
