Matisse Rogers is an associate at Hamilton Place Strategies, where she works with a diverse array of clients to achieve their strategic communications and policy objectives.

Before joining HPS, Matisse interned with Thomson Reuters, where she analyzed digital marketing campaigns targeting a variety of legal-based clients, including government agencies and private law firms. Matisse also interned at Bose Public Affairs Group, where she conducted legislative research and composed client-facing content on higher education policy developments. Additionally, she interned at the Metropolitan Airports Commission, where she assisted staff with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission compliance and composed an agency-wide Business Diversity Plan. On her college campus, Matisse worked as Business Manager for the University of Michigan’s yearbook.

Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Matisse graduated as a Sidney J. and Irene Shipman Scholar from the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. She earned a B.A. in Public Policy with a concentration on Racial Inequities in Law and Policy and a minor in writing.
