Faridat Animashaun is an associate at Hamilton Place Strategies, where she assists a diverse set of clients with developing strategic communications and reaching policy objectives.

 Prior to joining HPS, Faridat served as a Partnerships Intern for the Tech Talent Project, a nonpartisan project, where she managed key aspects of the project, including compiling research and coordinating logistics to strengthen the recruitment of modern technical leaders to the U.S. government. Faridat also worked as an intern with Weber Shandwick, Finsbury Glover Herring, and Spitfire Strategies where she supported a range of client teams with public relations and government affairs. Her scope of work included comprehensive media coverage and analysis, crafting campaigns and client materials, and contributing to internal teams, specifically those focused on organizational culture and diversity. Additionally, Faridat is a Birth Doula with the National Black Doulas Association, emphasizing education and empowerment in the birth space. 

 Originally from London, England, Faridat graduated Summa Cum Laude from Howard University where she studied Strategic, Legal, and Management Communications.
