Kevin Madden Joins HPS As Partner
WASHINGTON, DC – Kevin Madden, recognized on both sides of the aisle as one of the top communications professionals in the country, has joined Hamilton Place Strategies as a partner in the firm, where he will help lead the growing public affairs practice and its portfolio of business, association and non-profit advocacy clients.
Hamilton Place Strategies provides analysis, communications and advocacy solutions at the intersection of business, government and media.
Prior to joining HPS, Madden was executive vice president at JDA Frontline. Madden has also served as a top operative on three presidential campaigns, most recently serving as a senior advisor to, and spokesman for, Governor Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign. Before that, Madden served as press secretary to then-House Majority Leader John Boehner.
HPS founding partner Tony Fratto believes the addition of Madden’s top-level experience will strengthen the firm’s leadership, while also reinforcing HPS’s reputation for developing the most innovative and creative solutions for clients.
“We’re incredibly excited about Kevin joining HPS, and I know our clients will be, too,” Fratto said. “Kevin’s talent and experience in government, campaigns, and media are perfect fits for what we’re trying to achieve at HPS. That Kevin has also been a great friend of ours for so many years makes this even more special, both personally and professionally. We can’t wait to get started.”
