HPS Announces New Senior Director Rebecca Buck
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Hamilton Place Strategies (HPS) announced today that Rebecca Buck has joined the firm as a senior director. Buck joins HPS from an accomplished career in journalism, most recently at CNN.
“We are thrilled to welcome Rebecca to HPS,” said Stacy Kerr, a partner at HPS. “Rebecca is an accomplished communicator and professional with an extensive network inside and outside the Beltway. Her perspective as a journalist covering the dynamic landscape of the last ten years will be an asset to our clients and the increasingly complicated challenges they face.”
Rebecca brings a unique perspective to HPS, drawing on her experience as an on-air political reporter and political analyst at CNN, where she covered breaking news on both the 2020 presidential election and the 2018 midterm elections. Prior to her time at CNN, Rebecca worked as a national political reporter for RealClearPolitics where she covered the highly-contested 2016 Republican presidential primary. Rebecca has also worked as a political correspondent for the Washington Examiner and was BuzzFeed’s first-ever Congressional Reporter.
“HPS works on some of the biggest challenges in the world and uses smart, substantive storytelling to help solve problems,” Rebecca said. “I’m proud to join this team of deeply talented communicators.”
