Lizzie Johnson works as an associate at Hamilton Place Strategies. Lizzie supports clients in the transportation, professional services, energy, and legal sectors in order to achieve their strategic communications and policy objectives. 

Prior to joining HPS, Lizzie conducted market research as an intern at the Boston office of the United States Commercial Service, the trade promotion arm of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration. Lizzie also developed social media content and strategy for the CHS Alliance, a global alliance of humanitarian and development organizations, as the communications intern. Lizzie gained experience writing daily morning tipsheets as an editorial assistant for Fluence Media. As a public policy intern for the Minnesota Network of Hospice and Palliative Care, Lizzie worked to increase state and federal government awareness about the organization’s priorities. Lizzie also worked as an undergraduate research assistant in the economics department at Boston College, where her team analyzed responses to West Coast wildfires. 

Originally from Rosemount, Minnesota, Lizzie graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a concentration in Ethics and Social Justice.
