Joey is Art Director at HPS, focused on creating thought-provoking visuals for big ideas with over 20 years of experience in the creative world and a wide spectrum of clients including brands, nonprofits, respected institutions, pioneers, music makers, authors, and entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining the HPS team, Joey worked as Art Director for LGND as well as operating his own practice GOODSOUL where he crafted work to lead story-driven projects using graphic design, illustration, and motion. Joey and his wife Mandy also started Godspeed, a nonprofit that sold branded apparel raising funds to provide moto-taxis to orphaned young men in Haiti as a springboard for them to start sustaining businesses.

Joey holds a degree in marketing from the University of Montevallo. He lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife and two children.
