Lindsey Watson is the Director of Recruiting and Staffing at Hamilton Place Strategies. Lindsey manages on-campus and mid-level recruiting at the firm, and her work includes overseeing all aspects of employees’ life cycle at the firm: recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and offboarding.

Additionally, Lindsey manages consultant resources and advises project managers on staffing decisions regarding client engagements and new business proposals.

Before HPS, Lindsey worked as Director of People Operations for the Students of Georgetown, Inc. (The Corp). The Corp is the largest entirely student-run non-profit in the world, employing on average 400 students a year. During her time with The Corp, she coordinated the revamping of their hiring processes to be more professional, uniform, and holistic and directed the recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training processes for 97 new employees. During her academic career, Lindsey studied psychology and English at Georgetown University. She is originally from Atlanta, GA, and has a golden retriever named Avery.
